1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or testing CheatKeys or CheatKeys Pro (the “App”) distributed by developer 88khp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Service & Utility

CheatKeys provides an Android input method (IME) specifically tailored for typing keycodes into full-screen video games, emulators, and gaming ports. You acknowledge that CheatKeys acts as an input mechanism and does not modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with third-party game code.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All rights, titles, and interests in the CheatKeys application, codebase, design, and branding are the property of developer 88khp.

Any game titles, series names, or publisher trademarks referenced in the cheat library (such as Grand Theft Auto, Rockstar Games, Doom, id Software, etc.) are the property of their respective trademark holders. Mention of these titles is strictly for informational, educational, and compatibility purposes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While developer 88khp strives for high reliability and compatibility across Android versions (Android 9.0 through Android 15+), we do not warrant that all games or third-party emulators will accept keycode injection identically across all hardware configurations.
